Much To Do

Some days I read the Word and can’t help but stop in my tracks. I found such irony in the verse I read this morning, shortly after making my latest to-do list [the real one, not just the fun summer one].

“Get all the advice and instruction you can, so you will be wise the rest of your life.

You can make many plans, but the Lord’s purpose will prevail.”

Proverbs 19:20-21

I’m so thankful my plans aren’t the only thing involved. Life would be a whole lot messier if I were in charge.
